One thing I've found when I've joined communities is that it's really easy to get lost, feel disconnected or afraid to reach out within the group & seek support when you need it.
For me it's been down to different reasons - not feeling confident enough to speak out, feeling embarrassed if I've taken longer than others have, or the worry that people won't engage with me or understand why I may not have done something as quickly as others.
After years of managing chronic energy issues - I am very used to the lack of understanding, and this is why I wanted to start a community like this.
But, in TAGC there is ZERO pressure. Your journey is yours. There's NO judgement. There's No expectations other than to show up & be YOU!
The accountability that you will get within the group is to support you & encourage you to take those steps - but in no way is it to single people out for 'not doing their homework'!
Honestly - how this accountability works is individual to YOU! I am here to support you & help you stay on track - but that doesn't disregard REAL LIFE & the things that come along to make our journey from A - B full of humps & bumps in the road!
